Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she stopped gymnastics. After a year, she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card within a year. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue her studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took her first six years in competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the contest. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very proud of the result. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, and the other heavy weight day.
